- How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
An order placed is Shipped within 2-3 business days and is Delivered within 5-7 business days.
Every fulfilled order will receive a tracking confirmation within 3 working days (contact us if you don’t see this after 3 working days).
- What is the price for the shipping?
For prepaid orders, there are no shipping charges.
However, for products bought with the Cash on Delivery option, a charge of Rs. 70 will be levied on the products.
- What if my order doesn’t get delivered?
Our courier partner will make three attempts to get your delivery to you. If they cannot deliver the product, you must contact us, and we will reattempt delivery. If you’ve received delivered message and product is not really delivered to you kindly inform us within 24 Hours of receiving the updates.
- What are the cancellation policies?
We shall not be able to cancel any order when the items ordered by you are in the process of delivery. Please note that we will be able to carry out the cancellation process only before the product has been shipped.
- Out of stock situations
Our endeavor is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, in extremely rare case the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days to give you the option to exchange or delay. If customer opts to delay the delivery, we will try to arrange and ship the product as soon as possible.

- We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. In such cases we reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not provide any refund.
